I was setting up the tax settings page last night, and it never seemed to take. I couldn't click the last finish button
So I logged in today, opened Payrol, and the tax set up screen pops up. I try to click through and when I do, it shuts down the program.
Windows XP 32 bit. Latest updates applied yesterday.
I need to make payroll tomorrow.

Since it didn't complete the setup the first attempt, the setup package is no longer available. You will need to re-download and install again. Make sure that it installs *all* tax tables, do not uncheck any of them during this install.

I still have the installer. I've had this on my computer since January, but didn't use it much after the first couple weeks. I now have full time employees again. I uninstalled the program, reinstalled it and now I need a serial number, which I can't find.

I have back up file. I guess I can uninstall, delete the old files and run the new download, and use the restore option.
Delete files: \Documents and Settings\Steve\Application Data\paywin

If you are using an installer from January, it will be sadly outdated. That's why you need to use the download from the Internet to get the latest release.

Ok, I got it going. I uninstalled it, removed all old files and directories. I installed the new set up installer, then restored my info with my last back up. Thanks,
Steve
