Simplify 941

Each month we must face our 941 payment obligations. The totals are usually in some form somewhere in your program under an obscure headiing which I must find, break down and send them to the IRS. Wouldn't it be easier to just dedicate a simple "pay 941 taxes for this month" column so that I can easily click on this info. Also, is it possible to tie directly into the EFTPS program with these figures?

John, we looked into licensing the tools to add EFTPS to PayWindow and it would add about $60 each year to the price of PayWindow and elected to keep it the way it is, affordable.

I pay my taxes each month myself using the EFTPS system as well as the State system too. The numbers are not hidden, they are right on the Employer Totals Report that I personally use each month to pay our taxes.

This is one report that you should be printing each pay day as it shows the tax liabilities for the pay period, MTD, QTD and YTD. It takes me longer to get my password and logon info out of our filing cabinet across the room that it does for me to enter the numbers from that report into the EFTPS system on-line.
