Gross pay + pay stub question

Wanted to know if this program will let me print a total gross for each employee at the end of the year.

i print out an employee payroll report after each pay period. is that the same thing as a pay stub? if not, how do i make a pay stub using this program?

The 80 Column report under the Period Reports gives you the Pay Period, MTD, QTD and YTD figures. If you are not printing checks in PayWindow you could use that for stubs too or set the employees as Direct Deposit by just checking the checkbox in the employee settings for direct deposit and then print the Direct Deposit stubs.

By the way, the 80 column report is one of two you should print each pay day. See this page:
