Where do I find the information for paying the monthly payroll tax?

Hi I am not sure where and how I can pay the payroll tax. I am a monthly depositor and can't find where this information is so I can pay. I also am not sure which taxes I need to match as an employer. Thanks!

Near the top of that page, the bold text in the descriptions show you two reports that you should print each pay day (Normal 80 Column Report and Employer Totals Report) and store for any possible future audits. The Employer Totals Report is the one that gives you your tax liabilities, we even give you the matching totals. You have the Pay Period, MTD, QTD and YTD figures in that report.
