I read the help files and understand this I hope lol.
When in Qqest it reads this:
"In this screen you can create an export template. Export templates are used to export data to the payroll management software you use. Once an export template is created. A payroll can be exported from the Pay Processing section of this program."
Then a drop down window with a hole bunch of names? what one is for paywindow????

Can you import put Premium depertments / pay into paywindow?
I have a "Interstate" department that is only stright time always.

All we know is what you see in the help file. Your final results must like like the example export file at the bottom of the QQest page in the help file.

Can you import put Premium departments / pay into paywindow?
I have a "Interstate" department that is only straight time always.

I don't know what the clock exports for that option as a QQest user gave us the screen shots over a year ago on how to set it up.

OK once I export the file and import it to the program how do I know its there???
and worked? Since I am asking this it most likely didnt work huh lol

When you go into Pay mode you will see the hours pre-entered in the hourly employees and just need to Click Pay to calculate the pay and then save and close the record and go to the next employee until done.
