View Full Version : No Tax Liability Info Showing!!!

Hi there, I am using version 6.0.12

I am not getting any Tax Liability information in the Report Center -> Tax Reports -> Tax Liability Screen. I am trying to see the info for Q1 2008, and all the Total Gross Wages, Subject to FIT, Subject to FICA, etc., all say 0.00

However, I did have 3 active emplyees, and they all got paid. And I CAN see their wages in the Report Center -> Wage Reports tab.

ASlso, I CAN see the correct number of employee hours in the Report Center -> Tax Reports -> Hours Tab

But all the fields in the Report Center -> Tax Reports -> Tax Liability Screen are filled with 0.00

I can also see the correct figures in the W2 and W3 sections of the Yearly Reports (Yes, I know yearly reports aren't done until the following year, I just wanted to make sure that the info was available to the Yearly Reports area).

I DO have the date set to End of First Quarter in the Tools -> Change Date tab (meaning it is set as March 31st, 2008 )

Please let me know what I should do ASAP.

It's very simple, set the date to the current payroll and open the Report Center. On the right side select the Tab for the Employer Totals. It has your liabilities for the Pay Period, MTD, QTD and YTD.

See this page as it is one of two reports that you must print and save each pay day. (Hint: Look for the bold text in the descriptions for the importance.)
