Help with local tax

Paul,

Can you please help me with my local tax (Philadelphia City Wage Tax). I have filled it in, as I have always done each year for the employees that are subject to it (long-time Paywindow user), but, for some reason it is not deducting it this year. This happened a few years ago, and you helped me get it back working - but I forget what we did back then. Thank you!

I'm guessing that you may have overwritten the existing local tax record when you did the last program update.

See the Tutorial titled "How to Create Local Tax Records and Use Them" on your CD or at http://zpay.com/help to create a new local tax record and attach it to the employee. Note: Do not just edit the example New York record but follow the instructions to create a new record to use.

When I had entered in the local tax information I forgot to check the box "Is there local withholding". It works fine now! Thanks again.
