my employee list to add or change employee data is not showing up when you click on employees screen. I can pay employees by going to transaction screen and going that way - but can't add any employees because does not appear. help

In PayWindow maximize the Window, then select "Payroll" and then select "Employee...".
Then from the menu select "Window" and then "Cascade".
I'm guessing that somehow you ended up with the Window outside of the visible area when you shout down one pay day and it's just hidden from view and that should bring it back into the viewing area.
