An error exists on this page

when i try to print 941 Form Report, I got this message:

Adobe Reader
An error exists on this page. Acrobat may not display the page correctly. Please contact the person who created the PDF document to correct the problem.

The document shows up, but when i print comes out un-readable.

I use Dot matrix printer, which prints all pdf reports but this 941 Form.

The 941 form is the actual form from the IRS. I'd suggest updating the Adobe Acrobat that you have by using the Update checker in it or just go to the Acrobat download site at http://www.adobe.com/products/reader/.

I'm sure that the IRS created the form with the latest version of Adobe Acrobat as I'm personally using Adobe Acrobat 8.1.2 and am not having any problems with the IRS Form.
