941 - no ballance due

RE: Form 941 1st quarter.

I have only $242 on Line 11, but Line 12 is blank for ballance due. I have a seasonal business and expect to have a higher payroll in the Spring and Fall and will be up to $4000 payroll per month. What do I do about the $242 that I owe if it is not on the 941?

PayWindow assumes that you've paid what is shown on the Employer's Totals report. If you have not paid, you must edit the 941 as it is a fill in the blanks PDF form and send the payment in with it.
