Hello. I am trying to recreate a payroll history using the previous bookkeepers payroll sheet for Jan and Feb. The problem is her figures for the Federal withholding are a few cents (12 to 30) different than the calculations made by ZPAY, which will not allow me to adjust the figures to accurately reflect hers. The end of the year needs to be accurate so how do I adjust the figures to match what she has already sent in to the government? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

See the Tutorial titled "How to enter year to date information" at http://zpay.com/help.
DO NOT click the Pay button again after modifying the figures to match your accountant's figures.

Hello. Thanks, but I had already seen it. I want to enter the checks individually and edit them so that the payroll is reflecting the individual pay dates etc. I also prefer not to wait until the end of the quarter to use the system. Any suggestions? Or am I misunderstanding the directions? ;)

You use the exact same principle as the Tutorial I sent you to. Just set the date for each payroll and enter it using that principle. Change the date and repeat as needed.
