ZPAY payroll input

I started working on one employee to see how it works with ZPAY
employee hourly pay rate : 9.50, O/T 14.25
1st week 59.25 hrs
2nd week 49.75 hrs
manual calculation: 80 hrs @ 9.50 and 29 hrs @ 14.25 = $1,173.25 Gross Pay
ZPAY shows regular earnings with a different amount (around $1,034.00).
why is the calculation different?

My guess is that you did not set up the employee's pay rates properly or did not enter the regular pay and the overtime pay hours in the correct data entry locations.
