We have put together a page of instructions that you can print out that shows how to print the Adobe Acrobat 941 forms since we've found that some of our users are not familiar with Adobe Acrobat.

If you do not have the Adobe Acrobat Reader, you can download a free copy from Adobe's website.

First, PayWindow is date sensitive so if this is 2013 and this is the 2012 941 that you are attempting to print, set the date in PayWindow to 12/31/2012.


Next make sure that all of the following items are filled out in the Company Setup by clicking on Payroll and Company:
  • Company Name
    Street
    City
    State
    Zip
    Federal ID
    Person to Contact
