I can't figure out how to print the W2s in alphabetical order. They seem to be in some random order.

It prints by the Control Number. If you exported from PayWindow to W2-1099FormWindow, that is the Employee ID Numbers. I asked the developers if the sort orders can be like we have in PayWindow.
