Merge databases

Hello, I have 4 databases for w-2's and need to merge them into one database to efile. I would just start from scratch, but I have made many changes to each employee in each store on their w2. I have tried exporting the w2e file and importing it but got a bug error. I tried exporting all data as excel file and importing but get -- COMPANY import failed ' ' is not a valid floating point value -- so that doesn't work.

Is there a way to just merge the databases into one? Or do you have a solution that I could use so I can efile all for stores under 1 corp for federal and Ohio?
