    Default Multi State W2

    I do payroll for a PA trucking company that employs out of state workers. I withhold and submit PA tax. Searching for how I can have "PA" print on their W2's; and clicked "multi state processing". PA now shows up in the W2 state box but the company tax ID is not showing up. How can I get this to print on their W2?

    See this page in the help file. You need to enter the State ID in the tax table settings.

    Default Multi State W-2

    I have entered the State ID number in the State Tax File under Tools, and left the State ID blank under Company, but nothing is printing in the Employer's state ID number on the W-2.

    I tried to export the W-2 file to PDF and add it manually, but the alignment is out of whack.

    What am I doing wrong?

    The Tax Table that you enter the state tax ID must be the out of state tax table that is attached to the employees that are working out of state. Also the Multi State box must be checked in the Company settings. If you move to email, I can get you some images to help you. support@zpay.com
