Default ADO Error Message: registry error

I am getting the error mentioned in the forum support page regarding the ADO error with the access to registry key. However I have added permissions to both the registry key in question and permissions for both everyone and the specific user to the shared folder per the instructions.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled the software. I have created a new user profile in Windows. Still no luck.

It just dawned on me that a corrupted database also presents the same error message. Send me your database attached to an email to support@zpay.com and request we repair it for you.

I have sent the email with a zip of the database attached. It will be a support ticket from Allevia.

We did not see the email with a database this morning yet. Make sure it is sent to support@zpay.com
