Connecticut Paid Family Leave

The implementation of the paid leave provisions on January 1, 2021 means you will be required to start deducting 0.5% from the employees each pay day. The initial contributions are set at 0.378 % of each employee’s wages. Make sure you check with the state as the percent figure is subject to change.
