Default Not a valid Win 32 application error

I am updating Time Clock Window to version 2.0.73 on our network. It installed ok on Win 7, Win 8 & Win 10 computers but on a Win 95 computer and Sever 2003 R2 it gave the following windows error: C:\Install\tcwsetup.exe is not not a valid Win32 application.
Are there any fixes for this?
    Please advise!

It requires the Microsoft Data Access Tools MDAC. We don't know anything about running under MACos, but guess that may be your problem. We do have that on our download page but again not sure that will help. WE know we have users of our PayWindow on MAC's but don't know any using TCW.
