Default Cannot run program, error operating system is not presently configured

I have a user who cannot run the TimeClockWindow program as of today. When trying to open the program she gets an error stating: "The operating system is not presently configured to run this application". So far this is the only person that has received this error. The computer has been restarted and the program has ben uninstalled and reinstalled and still cannot run the program. The admin and the client both generate the same error when trying to open them.

The computer is running Windows 10 Pro and all of her other programs are opening properly. Is there a fix for this?

    Thanks

One of our customers found the fix for the problem:

    Microsoft did it again.

Thanks Paul. That fixed the issue. I did have to use the quiet mode install by the way.

A user sent me an email that he had a similar problem and installed the 32 bit Run Time Library and that did the trick even though his Windows was 64 bit. Please let me know of his experience worked for you too.

See the Frequently Asked Questions as Microsoft keeps messing with their Data Access tools and we post the fixes as soon as they are discovered.
