Fix when Antivirus Software has blocked PayWindow from launching Outlook to email Pay Slips

Run Outlook as an Administrator (You must shift-right-click on the shortcut and choose to Run As Administrator. Just running it as the administrator won't work.)

Click on File | Options

Choose Trust Center. This will open a new window.

Click on Trust Center Settings.

Choose Programmatic Access.

Change the setting to “Never Warn me …” . If the options are disabled, then you aren't running it in Administrator mode.

Save.
