These are the Common Mistakes that will cause errors when submitting your E-Filing:

1. Company address needs to be filled in completely, including the State Tax ID if they have one.

2. Company contact person needs, phone number and email address needs to be filled in.

3. All of the required information must be filled in for each payee.

4. Select the proper Filing Type and insure that you have the SSN or TIN for the payees entered too.

5. Submitter record missing. You cannot E-File without this being completed. Again, then the Contact Person’s Name, Phone, Fax and Email address must be completed.
