We have been discussing this and not sure if it can be done. Time Billing programs like this are designed to stop billing on job and start another when you switch over to another. The reason is that say you are working for client Jones, and client Smith calls and you bill him for phone time. So picking up the phone and switching to Smith's job stops the timer for Jones. Only fair to client Jones as it would be unethical to bill him for the time that you spend on the phone with another client.
We are not sure but you may be able to setup different users and logging users accounts in and out may or may not keep an active timer going. I'll have to see if I can get at a multi-user computer to test this idea.
