Error noted on 2009 also

Dear Paul,

Thanks for years of carefree payroll processing. However, I am getting an error message after downloading the new 2009 Paywin.

Specifically:
Access Violation at address 7C911760 in module "ntdll.dll" Read of address 00000002.

It seems to pop up when I print or when I "print preview".

Download and run the DEBUG version of PayWindow as it will give us information on what is happening. I searched Google and see this is a very common error even though it is a first for us. Follow the instructions here:
