If we requested that you send us a backup of your database, use these instructions.

In PayWindow, select File and then Backup from the menu. You will see a Dialog box like this:



To make things simple, select Desktop as shown below so you can easily find the backup file.



Click OK and then click Backup to complete the process. You will then get a success message like the one below telling you the filename of the backup.



Then in your email message that you are composing, click on Insert, then File and locate the filename that you were shown in the last step on your Desktop and select and attach it to the email.



Send the email to support@zpay.com with as much detail about the problem as possible. e.g. Employee name and ID that has a problem, what the problem is, what you see and what you expected to see, etc.
