Lost Registration Code How Can I Get It Again?
I lost my original receipt with my registration code and tax table password. How can I get it again?
Note: If you are looking for the tax table password, it is very rare that the the program does not also need updating and why download twice since the tax tables are always in the program download.
Note: If you just purchased PayWindow in the last few days, check your email inbox for an email from sales@zpay.com as it would have been sent in a separate email as our keys are manually created for each customer. If you have a SPAM filter, make sure that you check that area as well.
Simply write to sales@zpay.com giving them the name it was registered under and the name and company name that you used when you purchased asking for a re-send of your original receipt. They will reply to your email with your receipt. NOTE: If you recently ordered and did NOT get your code in email, make sure that if you have a SPAM filter that you add sales@zpay.com to the "white list" before requesting a re-send.
Note that the current download is the 2009 release of PayWindow. If you have not yet purchased the 2009 upgrade, you will receive your old code which will not work in the current download. To get the new code for 2008 use the Purchase link on the top of our website and follow the Annual Upgrade link.
