That would not change a thing Jim. See my reply in your first post here in the forum. If my guess is not correct, then attach your database to an email to support@zpay.com and refer to this post.
Did you possibly set up a deduction that is marked as exempt as Exempt from FICA? That would be the only thing I can think of.
It prints by the Control Number. If you exported from PayWindow to W2-1099FormWindow, that is the Employee ID Numbers. I asked the developers if the sort orders can be like we have in PayWindow.
This is now fixed and is available to download.
Whoever sent the test database Thanks you so much, with it we were able to fix the printing problem. The fix is in the current PayWindow build 20.0.13 and is ready to download.
