If you get an error message that says "The specified procedure could not be found", "Entry Point Not Found" or about the msdart.dll file, it's most likely that you do not have the Microsoft data tools installed or are using old outdated versions. This is common with older versions of Windows like Windows 95 and 98.

But we are seeing it also in XP now that Office 2003 uses SQL Server and not the standard access database tools. Installations of the new MS SQL are also breaking the MS Data tools and you need to reinstall the Jet Engine and MDAC tools.

A new problem is that Microsoft is not shipping the database tools in recent releases of Windows XP and you need to get them on-line.

You would need to install the Microsoft Jet Engine and the up to date MDAC tools.

Note: You MUST install the Jet Engine before MDAC.

To make this easy, we have put together setup packages on our download page for each version of Windows. Download the appropriate setup package from this page http://zpay.com/download.htm and run the installer to install the latest Microsoft Jet Engine and MDAC Database tools. You can also find the required setup packages on the Microsoft website but we packaged them together so they will install in the order necessary.
