View Full Version : Print W2s in alphabetical order?

I can't figure out how to print the W2s in alphabetical order. They seem to be in some random order.

It prints by the Control Number. If you exported from PayWindow to W2-1099FormWindow, that is the Employee ID Numbers. I asked the developers if the sort orders can be like we have in PayWindow.

I did export from PayWindow so that explains that. I would appreciate that feature if it can be added in the future. Thank you so much!

New in W2-1099FormWindow 2021 3.0.13.0:

Added ability to pick the sort order when printing W2 or 1099 Forms before in printed by Payee ID and we added Payee Name.
