To make a Screenshot in PayWindow if we ask you for one do the following.
Open the page in PayWindow we asked to see like the Company Settings as seen below.
Press the Ctrl Key plus the Alt Key and press T at the same time.
The Save Picture As Dialog will open as seen below. Select to save on the Desktop and enter a file name and click Save. Then attach the saved PNG file to an email to us.
