This can be several items that can cause the problem.
1. We use the official IRS 941 Form and they use blue to print the data entered in that form. I'm guessing that you are using an ink jet printer and ran out of blue ink. You can get around that by opening the Printer's Options and setting it to print in "Grayscale".
2. The form comes up blank. Uninstalling Adobe Acrobat ande reinstalling it in most cases will fix the problem. The IRS Forms require the latest version of Adobe Acrobat. We've also found that if the user has a PDF program called "PDF Complete" it seems to intercept the data that PayWindow is sending to Adobe Acrobat. Uninstalling that program fixes that problem.
3. Make sure that you have the correct quarter selected. An example is you are printing the first quarter and the quarter selected is the fourth quarter there will be no data.
