If you received the following error when exporting the Direct Deposit NACHA file:

You need to setup ACH in the Company SetupField: "Originating Financial Institution RTN number" is missing."

Follow these instructions:

Prior to version 13.0.7, the Direct Deposit "Immediate Destination Routing Number" entry's first 8 digits were put in what is now the new "Originating Financial Institution DFI Number" number location. (Item 10 in the page at the link below.)

If you have not had any problems with your deposits and cannot get that new number from your bank, you can enter the first 8 digits in that enter in the company settings.

We do urge you to try and get the correct number as banks are moving to newer software which has greater validation and would kick back those that do not use the correct information.
