Printer Drivers
First make sure that you have the latest Windows print drivers for your printer.
An example to get the latest print drivers for your printer would be to use Hewlett Packard as an example:
Go to http://www.hp.com/ and select Support and Drivers from the links on the page.
Click to select Download drivers and software from the radio button selection and then enter your printer information where requested. An example would be to enter "laserjet 1000" if you have a LaserJet 1000 printer.
Click the little button to search for your drivers. Then select from the list of options to download software and drivers. Download and install the drivers for your operating system and it should fix any printing alignment problems that you may have.
Using an InkJet?
If you have an inkjet printer, you will need PayWindow 2004 Build 126 or newer. You need to uncheck the LaserJet checkbox to select the special InkJet W2 Form print design file.
Using a LaserJet
If you have a Laser printer, make sure to check the LaserJet checkbox to select the LaserJet W2 Form print design file.

If you are having a problem where the information on the W2 Forms is not in the proper boxes you can adjust the top and side margins and the space between the top and bottom forms. We suggest that you test using plain paper and hold it up to a window with the real form over or under the test printing to check the alignment and adjust further if needed.
