The following instructions are for setting up the high wage earning employees ($125,000.00 and above) so PayWindow can handle the new Additional Medicare Deduction.

In the Employee Setting for your high wage employees, you need to set up the Federal "Marital Status" as shown below:
Click the Federal Marital Status drop list button:

Using the drop list button, select if the employee is married or single for the Federal Marital Status. The drop list looks like this:

Note that there are new Status choices. This is for the Additional Medicare deduction for high wage earners.
