The Employer Totals Report and the Normal 80 Column report are the two most important reports in PayWindow.
They are both found in the Report Center under Pay Periods. They both show the information for the Pay Period, Month to Date, Quarter to Date and Year to Date. See the screen shot below. (Don't stop here, be sure to scroll down and read all the information.)

Both of these reports should be printed every payday and saved for seven years in case of any future audits as they have all the information anyone would need as far as your payroll goes. They are perfect to send to your accountant if you are doing your payroll and the accountant is handling your books.
The Employer Totals Report gives you the totals for the company as well as all of your tax liabilities in a single page easy to read report. No matter what payment schedule you are on, you can get the number as it displays by Period, MTD, QTD and YTD as we mentioned above.
A small example is this image showing a snippet of the Employer Federal Liabilities with the Pay Period and the Month to Date columns. It is in the order to use if you are entering payments for your taxes on the EFTPS website at www.eftps.gov (http://www.eftps.gov).

The Normal 80 Column Report gives you the information for the individual employees and is also by the same periods.
