View Full Version : How to Save Bug Report when Email Fails

If our Debug Bug Report tool pops up and the Mail button does not open your email program you can save the bug report and attach it to an email to support@zpay.com with the following instructions.

The tool will look like this and you should click on the Save Bug Report button.

Enter your contact information so we know who the bug report came from in the next Dialog and click Continue.

Next tell us what you did that led up to the bug report popping up.

And then save the bug report to your desktop so you know where it is.

Then attach the bug report to an email describing the problem to support@zpay.com.
