We've received a lot of questions on using PayWindow as a replacement for Intuit's QuickPayroll. An example is:
I use QuickPayroll and have paid an annual fee. I also use just Quicken for the company check issuance and bank accounts. Intuit just dropped their QuickPayroll.
Now Intuit wants to charge me over $300 per year starting Jan 2010 for their new online service. I know that is not worth it.
Question: with Zpay, can I print the pay checks on voucher style laser checks that I use with Quicken? Can zpay transfer those NET check amounts to my Quicken ledger? Can Zpay print the 941 form?
We use a check that is similar to what they use. You can see it here:

There is an undocumented feature in PayWindow where you can edit the format, see that here:

Quicken as you know may know can import from the Intuit QIF export files. PayWindow can export each pay day's information to an Intuit Quicken QIF file that you can import into Quicken. See this FAQ:

And yes, PayWindow does the 941 forms and a lot more.
