The check numbers are all zeros when I print the check register. What am I doing wrong?
You must have used the Preview button when printing the checks and you glossed over the message when you used the Preview button.
The popup message said "In order to print check numbers and to insert them into the transactions, you must use the Print button and not the Preview." For checks, the Preview can just be used to view what they will look like. To print them you will need to use the Print button.
Or you did not print checks and did not use our "Don't print checks (Just write to register)" feature in that case. Again, use the Print button and not the Preview button.
