Download Problems

If you are having a download problem using the Update checker in PayWindow like the "Download Incomplete, try again later" message, try downloading from our download page at http://zpay.com/download.htm.

If you are on a slow dial-up connection, you may want to use the Download Assistant program that we have.


We had a tool created for us that will keep trying until the entire download is completed. The PayWindow Download Assistant is a small 336Kb file that when run will download and launch the PayWindow setup file for you. If you are disconnected, simply reconnect and the tool will resume where it left off at. It will also accelerate the download for even fast connections. If you want to use the download assistant use this link:

After clicking the above link, click the Run button as show below:

That will run the program and when you see this screen:

Simply click the next button. It will launch the PayWindow installer when the download is completed.
