If you get the "Registration Failed" message when entering your registration code, check the following items:
1 - Verify that the program you are using matches the registration code that we sent you. Your letter will say what year it is for such as "PayWindow 2009" and the program year MUST match that as well. This problem always pops up when we release the new year's release each December and users have been evaluating the current (old) year download. Simply download the current release from our download page at http://zpay.com/download.htm. NOTE: The code for PayWindow 2009 ends with 7.0 (seven dot zero) as the last three characters. If your code is different, you must be using last year's receipt. Also note that there are no spaces in the registration code and no spaces before or after the registration name.
Note in 2009 we added a simplified way to enter the information that you received in the email from sales@zpay.com. See this FAQ: http://zpay.com/vbulletin/showthread.php?p=5646
2 - Follow the instructions shown in the tutorial titled "How to Complete the Registration Process" found at http://zpay.com/help. This has step by step instructions with tips to prevent mistakes users before you have made.
3 - If you copy and paste the information into PayWindow from your email (From sales@zpay.com (sales@zpay.com), NOT the email from support@zpay.com (support@zpay.com)), make sure that you do not pick up any spaces before or after the registration name or the registration code.
4 - Make sure that you are logged in as an Administrator so you have write privileges to the Windows Registry. We've had company owners call us and after trying everything possible, we finally found that their computer person had them set up as a plain user without proper user authority needed to install software.

6 - One more thing, if you did purchase the current year's annual upgrade and see that the receipt with the registration code is from last year's version you can request a re-send of your receipt with the needed information. See this FAQ: http://zpay.com/vbulletin/showthread.php?t=1012
