We've updated PayWindow and I seem to have all of my companies and reports but I just happened to go to the W-2's and the data seems to be printing over each other and unreadable. How can I fix this?
This seems to be a problem from one of our older builds and the current releases not finding a print option in the configuration file.
The fix is really simple... In the W2 Form Print Dialog, Uncheck the Laser Printer Check Box and Click Print Preview and then Check the Laser Printer box and you should be good to go.
