I turned off the Windows feature that allows a computer to sync its time with the Internet time servers (thinking this would cause the error) and I am still receiving it, usually in the mornings. All computers lose time, that's why Windows has the automatic time update feature if it is connected to the Internet. But yours is not so you will have to live with that especially if it is an older computer as they tend to be the worst case scenario when it comes to loosing time. Computers which do a lot of data processing also change time faster as well.
This is why the best case scenario is to use computers with Internet access as they never have this problem.
