Make sure that you have the current version of PayWindow installed as a recent security update by Microsoft for their data tools broke PayWindow.
The current release is 7.0.41.

I just downloaded it, not even a month ago. I am downloading it again from the instructions you gave me. Is there a way to transfer the data?
Yes, about a week to two weeks ago, the ADO upgrade by Microsoft broke PayWindow and we fixed it that same weekend. That's when we released 7.0.41 to fix the problem, you must download and install that new release on top of what you have.
Your data should not be touched and should be there.
