Don't know. Did you get any error messages? We tested it here as well as a number of users and it worked fine.

    Default PayWin To QuicBook 2003

Nothing. And Nothing in the Messages box.
That why I don't know what happened.
I went to Quickbooks look into the Payroll Liabilities and the Payroll Expenses, nothing is transfered in there.
The wanted Payroll Transactions got the Export checked.
The Export Now got checked for all of them, but they are dimmed out.
I even tried to click on the filter then click on export-> nothing
Then I tried unfilter the export => nothing.
You have any log file somewhere so we can look at it to see what was going on. My OS is Windows XP Pro with SP1. The computer is the laptop Compaq Evo N800c.

Now I made it does something:
I have to unselect one by one the Export column then clcik on \"Select All\"
which will checked all transaction in the Export Now column.
Next I have to uncheck one by one the unwanted transactions
then click export .... Now I got this message for each transaction I guess
'There is an invalid reference to QuickBooks Account \"\" in the General Journal debit line. '
What does that means ? The Employee names are there in Quickbooks
I define Credit Account = Payroll Liaibilities
and Debit Account = Payroll Expenses for all lines
    -Salary/Wage
    -Federal Tax
    -State Tax
    -....

    hi,
    some questions:
    1) which version of QuickBooks are you using?

    2) did you set the debits and credits correct?
    thanks,

Every item must be defined including deductions that are not used. That's what that error message is from, you left at least one item undefined in the setup.

    Default PayWin to Quicbooks 2003

I did setup every line of the right (Debit) to Payroll Expenses.
Can you be more specific about that error.
Is it an account missing or a payee missing (a Quicbook check)
General Journal Account Debit is not Payroll Expenses account? Is It ?
If you can tell me theorically the transaction format of PayWin when it transfer data to Quicbooks. That help me to look in Quicbook to see what is missing. Because we are not accountant, our CPA ask us to record all transactions thru Bank account checks writting (Payment or Deposit)
We record our wage payment checks that way. The Payee is our employee and the account is Payroll Liaiblities.

In the setup of PayQuick, every single PayWindow \"account\" must be assigned to a corresponding account in QuickBooks. That is all accounts as shown in the PayQuick help file in the screen shots that show on tab one \"1) Standard Account\" and tab two \"2) Deductions\" as well as the check boxes on tab 3 \"3) Postings\".

The error message you had was a result of one or more of those settings on tab 1 or 2 being not assigned.
