I have been using Quickpayroll in my office and am switching to Zpay. In Quickpayroll it would enter the amounts due bimonthly for my payroll and transfer it into my check register. With zpay what is the best way to glean that information so I can enter it in manually to my quicken check register when the taxes are paid twice a month? Where and how do I find those figures the easiest in Zpay?

There are two reports, both being in the Period Reports section of the Report Center. These should be printed each pay day as they will satisfy any possible future audits as well as give you the info you need.

The Employer's Totals Report which is your tax liabilities and such for the Period, MTD, QTD and YTD. And the 80 Column report which gives the Employee's info for the same periods.
