Under Pay Periods:
Normal 80 Column Report - A good report
to print and save each pay day in case you ever should have an audit. A file
folder or a three ring binder is an ideal way to save these reports.

Wide 132 Report - Almost the same
information as the 80 Column Report in a landscape format.

Employer Totals Report - This report has
your tax liabilities in an easy to read format. It shows the Period, MTD, QYD
and YTD information. This is the other report that should be printed each pay
day and saved with the 80 Column Reports above.

Cost Accounting Report - This breaks down
the payroll by department and is useful to see where your money is going. It was
originally designed to see at a glance if it would be more beneficial to hire a
new employee vs paying the overtime that you are.

Hours Worked Report - This report will
show you the hours each hourly employee worked as well as you Salaried employees
if you enter their hours when performing a payroll.

Checks - This is where you print the
checks. You can see an example of what our checks look like at

Check Register - This is a register that
can be inserted in your check book after printing pay checks.

Direct Deposit - This will print "check
stubs" for employees who are on a direct deposit payment plan.
DD Register - This is a payment register
similar to the check register above.
DD Export - This will create the ACH file
that is used by banks for your direct deposit employee payments.
Wage Reports
Wage Report - This report can be selected
to print by MTD, QTD or YTD and shows the gross wages and wages subject to
taxes.

Tax Reports
Tax Liability Report - This report shows
you your tax liabilities by selected quarter.

941 Form - This prints out the quarterly
941 form.

Hours - This report prints the hours
works for a selected quarter.

Yearly Reports
W2/W3 Form - This prints out the W2 forms
and the W3 form and will export data to be used by 3rd party software for
processing and printing W2s electronically such as MAG-FILER from Spokane
Computer.
1099-MISC Form - This prints the 1099-MISC Forms, Totals report, exports to file and prints the 1096 form for non-employee workers.
943 Form - This prints out the annual 943 report for farm workers.
Misc. Reports
Pay History - If you need a historical report for a date range, use this report. It is similar in appearance to the Wide 132 Column report above.
Phone - This print out a telephone listing of your employees.
Emp. - This prints out a list of employees with their employee code number useful for posting by a time clock if you have one.
Pay Check - This prints out labels to be used on envelopes to pass out your pay checks in.
Mail Labels - This prints out mailing labels of your employees.
GL Export - This exports the pay day data to a CSV or Tab delimited file to be imported by 3rd party application. It also has an export for the TRAMS accounting package used by travel agents.
Custom Report Center:
By using the Custom Report Center, you can create your own custom reports for special needs that you may have not covered in our normal reports found in the Report Center.
